1. Gourd Soup

Bottle gourd soup is very tasty to drink. To make it, put oil in a pan and fry onions and tomatoes. After that put the chopped gourd in it and mix the water, let it all cook for a while, add salt and black pepper to it. Now blend this soup when it cools down. Serve gourd soup by adding lemon juice to it.

2. Cauliflower Soup

Cauliflower soup is very beneficial for health. To make this, take some oil in a pan. Add onion, green chilies and chopped cauliflower to that oil and cook it lightly. After that, add two less water and let everything boil for some time. When the soup is cooked, add salt and pepper to it and turn off the gas. Give.
Now when the soup cools down, blend it lightly in a mixer. Now serve this soup by adding coriander leaves. Let us tell you that drinking cauliflower soup strengthens the digestive system and also reduces body fat.

3. Moong Dal Soup (Green Gram Dal)

Apart from vegetables, even moong dal is considered an adequate ingredient for making soup. Moong dal is packed with protein and is also light on the stomach. Take 1 tsp ghee in a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp cumin, 1 cup onion and 2 tbsp grated ginger and garlic. Add a cup of lentils and sauté on low flame. Finely chopped carrots and bottle gourd can also be added for taste.
Now add a spoonful of turmeric powder to it and mix it well. Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 1-2 whistles. Now open the pressure cooker and add amchur powder and garam masala to it. Now use a blender or masher to slightly blend the lentils. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.

4. Spinach Soup

We all love to eat spinach. It is generally used to make greens. You can also prepare soup from it. For this, put 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Then add a bay leaf, 1 tsp cumin, 2 tbsp garlic and 1 cup chopped onion. Cook it for 2 minutes. Now add 2 cups chopped spinach to it. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
Add 2 tbsp gram flour and stir for a minute. Now add 2 cups of water to it and let it boil. Use a hand blender to puree the spinach. You can boil it further.

5. Beetroot Soup

Beetroot soup is very beneficial for health. By drinking this, the amount of hemoglobin in the body increases and the weakness of the body is removed. To make beetroot soup, put some oil in a cooker, after the oil becomes hot, add onion, tomato and beetroot and fry it lightly.
After that put two lids of water and now put a whistle in it. After the cook cools down or mix it lightly with a masher. Now put it in the pan and mix it by adding salt and black pepper as per taste. Now consume it.
