Ayurveda expert Dr Diksha Bhavsar has shared such tips on her Instagram post, with the help of which pre-diabetes can be cured in less than 12 weeks.

Doctor Diksha suggests that eating white sugar i.e. things made of white sugar should be stopped completely when symptoms of pre-diabetes are visible. Instead, natural sugar from fruits, jaggery or honey should be taken. He wrote, ‘White sugar contains only calories. The body does not get any nutrition from this, but natural things should also be taken in a limit. For example, not more than a spoonful of honey / small piece of jaggery or 1-2 fruits should be taken.

Doctor Diksha says that for the pancreas to function properly, it is necessary to remain active and improve metabolism. He said, ‘Do 40-60 minutes of yoga or meditation daily and practice pranayama for 20 minutes daily. If the waist size of the man is more than 40 and the waist size of the woman is more than 35, then these symptoms can also be of pre-diabetes, so to reduce the symptoms of pre-diabetes, one should walk for 30 minutes daily.

Have Dinner Early

If you are a patient of pre-diabetes then you have to pay special attention to the gap between meals. Doctor Diksha says that dinner should be taken at least three hours before sleeping. This keeps the liver detox. Apart from this, a gap of 3 hours should also be kept between breakfast, lunch and dinner.

According to the doctor, one should lie down in the bed by 10 o’clock in the night and those with pre-diabetes should take good sleep of 7-8 hours. He wrote, ‘Good sleep improves immunity, reduces chronic inflammation, reduces physical and mental stress and also keeps hormones right.
