Cluster headache attacks are frequent and repeated. It usually occurs daily for 15 minutes to three hours or regularly for weeks and months. Hence it is called a cluster period. Cluster headaches tend to occur around the same time each year, such as in the spring or fall. The cluster arises out of nowhere, persists for approximately an hour, and then abruptly vanishes.
