According to a study in the Journal of Health, Population, and Nutrition, frozen breast milk contains fewer antioxidants than fresh breast milk. Antioxidants are essential for preventing damage to cells and for their growth. If breast milk is frozen more than once, then its test may decrease. Apart from this, the nutrients of breast milk start getting destroyed and bacteria start growing in them.
